Requirements
- Main guest must be at least 25 years old and be present during the rental period
- Weekly stay only during the Summer months. Check in after 4 PM on Sunday - Check out by 10 AM Sunday
- Various weekends and days available throughout the year
- Deposit due at time of Agreement (Cash, check or Venmo)
- Rental fee due at least 30 days before rental (unless other arrangements have been made)
- Dog friendly (Case by case basis)

About Your Stay
Your Stay includes...
2 Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom Montego Bay Rancher that comfortably sleeps 9! The open floor plan includes a large Kitchen with all the amenities of home including a large breakfast bar. Extra large Living Room with couches, sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and gaming area. The gaming area includes board games, ping pong, air hockey and a 10' boardwalk style skee ball machine for hours of enjoyment. A spacious dining area for indoor meals and games wraps up the open area. Outside you will find a big covered porch with ceiling fan, table and chairs & a gas grill for bbq cooking. Also included are 2 parking spaces on the property and plenty of street parking on the corner lot. The grassy area next door adds to the out door space. Please use the outside shower and hose for rinsing off beach sand.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and armoire. Also a side entrance off of the ramp. Bedroom 2 has a single over full bunk with a love seat that opens to a single bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and large closet. Additional sleeping area is in the living room with a queen sofa bed and another love seat that opens to a single bed.
This home is only an 8 minute walk to the 136th street beach and 10 minute walk to one of 2 pools in the community! The closest pool area includes a large inground pool, kiddie pool and tennis courts. Next to that is Ocean City's 58 acre Northside Park with playgrounds, walking/riding trails and great views of the bay including a fishing pier and kayak rentals. Only a 5 minute walk to Coastal Hwy to pick up a bus to downtown and the boardwalk. Bus fare is only $4 for an all day pass. There is no reason to drive when you stay here!
During the Summer, we offer weekly stays from Sunday to Sunday. Long weekends and weekdays are available throughout the year. Please check the calendar below. If it does not say BOOKED, it is most likely available. Please contact us with any questions.
